A person’s mental health, I believe, is the most necessary thing he or she has. Ultimately, everything that we as a species achieved stems in our brain. It is, really, what identify human from animals. Still not many of us know how to take care of our brain, let alone go above and beyond to improve it through brain exercises.
In this article, I am going to reveal to you four activities you could do, 1 for each week, to obtain a clearer brain. Ready yet?
1. The first thing you have to do is to adjust your daily intake of food. Nutrition is the primary building blocks of your brain. Eat more green vegetables and Providing that you’re already a vegetarian, make sure you include your daily intake of food with vitamin B12.
2. Do a few cardio exercises. Use a minimum of half an hour walking – be it on a garden or on a treadmill. That’s also a perfect time to expose yourself to some sunlight – vital for your body to generate vitamin D. Cardio exercises also supports your motor skills and could avoid future immobility.
3. A few scientific researches have shown running stimulates neuron development, but this benefit vanish when you’re in isolation. In other words, you need social interaction. Social networking permit you to employ various departments of your brain and thus encourage development.
4. Lastly, do some brain exercises. These exercises are aimed to challenge your brain. Similar to your muscles, your brain become stronger when challenged. By habitually performing brain exercises, you’re avoiding future deterioration.
See, it’s not that hard to better your brain. All you have to achieve is first to develop a social circle, change your diet, perform work-outs and dedicate half an hour a day performing brain exercises. It truly is that straight-forward. Performing it is a different story though. Naturally, your circle of friends will be helpful when you need motivation.
